Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email. -
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, but a 10% cancellation fee applies. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details. -
Returns
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Do not open the package and contact us within 3 days of shipment at holohorsegames@gmail.com to request a return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Pre-orders, sale/discounted items, singles, graded cards, and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Delayed Orders
If processing is delayed, you may cancel for a full refund. However, shipping carrier delays are not our responsibility. For tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly. -
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
Holo Horse Games LLC is not liable for any damages caused by the carrier, stolen, or lost packages once shipped. All claims must be filed through the mail company.

Minor manufacturer defects (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.) are common and not considered damage. We do not issue refunds for minor factory flaws. If you require a mint-condition sealed item, please note this in your order or visit our storefront.
