The Prime Album 24-Pocket is a great way to collect and organize collectible cards of standard or Japanese size. The album is covered with the innovative Nexofyber surface to create a comfortable touch & feel combined with an elegant look. The inside of all Prime Albums is covered with soft microfiber lining. Reinforced, rigid covers add protection to keep card collections safe. The album contains 20 pages with 24 side-loading pockets each, for a total capacity of 480 cards (even double-sleeved). Four compartments per page are perfect for PLAYSET collections (4 cards of each). An extra-wide elastic strap in matching color safely closes this album.

• Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Email us at holohorsegames@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Rush orders often ship within 24 hours, so act quickly.

  • Fees: All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If we cancel your order ourselves, no fee applies.

  • Returns: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If unopened, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving order (customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee).

  • No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer price adjustments when the market falls after a release.
    

  • Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. 

  • Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects. We will never ship an item with excessive defects. If you want a sealed item guaranteed to be in mint condition, please request it in your order notes or visit our storefront.

  • Bot/Abuse Policy: Orders placed using bots, automation, or multiple accounts to bypass limits will be cancelled and charged the 10% fee.

  • Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and may be pursued in small claims court.
