From Zero to Hero!

When all seems lost in battle, call on a hero to save the day! With its Zero to Hero Ability, Palafin can make a stunning transformation into the powerful Palafin ex, ready to pummel opponents with the might of an ocean wave. In this box, you’ll find Finizen, Palafin, and Palafin ex as playable foil cards, plus an oversize version of Palafin ex for display and a handful of booster packs with more cards inside.

The Pokémon TCG: Palafin ex Box includes: 

• 1 foil promo card featuring Palafin ex 
• 2 foil cards featuring Finizen and Palafin
• 1 oversize foil card featuring Palafin ex
• 4 Pokémon TCG booster packs
  • Each booster pack contains 10 cards and either 1 Basic Energy or 1 VSTAR marker. Cards vary by pack. Packs vary by product.
• A code card for Pokémon TCG Live

Cancellation & Return Policy

• Order Cancellations: Email us at holohorsegames@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Rush orders often ship within 24 hours, so act quickly.

• Fees: All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If we cancel your order ourselves, no fee applies.

• Returns: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If unopened, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving order (customer pays return shipping + 10% restocking fee).

• No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer price adjustments when the market falls after a release.
  

• Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. 

• Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects. We will never ship an item with excessive defects. If you want a sealed item guaranteed to be in mint condition, please request it in your order notes or visit our storefront.

• Bot/Abuse Policy: Orders placed using bots, automation, or multiple accounts to bypass limits will be cancelled and charged the 10% fee.

• Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and may be pursued in small claims court.
